Roasted vegetables are the best.
You can't go wrong with a little oil, salt & pepper, and that grilling / roasting goodness. Seeing these guys rave over the deliciousness will make you a believer.

Hey vegans & lactose intolerant friends - The Kosher section is where it's at. This tub of "Chocolate Spread" is vague, inexpensive, tasty as all heck and vegan.
On the other end of the spectrum (and this spoon) is organic, crunchy, plain as all heck peanut butter. Do these bad boys belong together or what.

Gaven McMillian was brave enough to make TWO tofu dishes on DDD. (One of which is "too gorgeous to eat in the kitchen") !
But why I really love this chef is how casually he says "some snaps" when referring to sugar snap peas... Simple as that.
